Qawwam Edge is operated by Holistic Connect LLC ("Qawwam Edge," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Qawwam Edge mobile app, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information when you use the app:
- Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address (or a private relay address, depending on your settings) to create and manage your account.
- Onboarding and assessment responses. Answers you provide during onboarding, including self-ratings across life areas, are stored so the app can personalize your course track, challenges, and recommendations.
- Usage and analytics data. We collect information about how you interact with the app — such as courses viewed, challenges completed, and general engagement patterns — to understand usage and improve the product.
- Push notification tokens. If you enable notifications, we store a device token so we can send reminders and updates. You can disable this at any time in your device settings.
- Subscription and purchase information. Subscriptions are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not receive or store your payment card details.
How We Use Your Information
- To operate your account and personalize your experience within the app
- To assign and adjust your course track, challenges, and content recommendations
- To send reminders, progress updates, and relevant notifications
- To maintain, secure, and improve the app

How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the app, such as authentication providers (Apple, Google), analytics providers, and cloud hosting/database providers, under agreements that limit their use of your data to providing services to us.
- App marketplaces (Apple App Store, Google Play) for the purpose of processing subscriptions.
- Legal or safety purposes, if required by law or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Qawwam Edge, our users, or others.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account and onboarding data for as long as your account is active, so the app can continue to provide personalized content. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
Your Choices
- You can disable push notifications in your device settings at any time.
- You can request a copy of your data or request account deletion by contacting us.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Children's Privacy
Qawwam Edge is intended for adult users and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date above.
