These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Qawwam Edge mobile application ("App"), operated by Holistic Connect LLC ("Qawwam Edge," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Qawwam Edge. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your Account

You sign in using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Qawwam Edge offers auto-renewing subscriptions, billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's respective refund policies, not directly by Qawwam Edge.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the App's content or course materials
• Share your account access with others in a way that circumvents subscription requirements
• Use the App in a way that harasses, harms, or infringes on the rights of others

Content and Intellectual Property

All courses, challenges, text, audio, and other materials within the App are owned by Holistic Connect LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You're granted a limited, non-transferable license to access this content for personal use while your subscription is active.

Not Medical or Professional Advice

Qawwam Edge provides educational and motivational content related to personal development and Islamic principles. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice. If you are experiencing a crisis or mental health emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services in your area.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holistic Connect LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
